In reply to Rohn’s post on January 23, Thank you all for the suggestions. The saga continues, so I can’t tell you how it ends. I did have a chat session with MS support, who downloaded the 32 bit version again and changed x86 to x64 in the file name and told me I was good to go.

Where can I find the Office Pro Plus bit download link. I’ve tried entering my key but it continues to download 32 bit and doesn’t provide an option for 64 bit. It honestly seems like Microsoft is trying to make it very hard to reinstall Pro Plus.
