10:30 AM – Annual General Meeting, 12:00 Noon Hot Dog Lunch, 2 – 4 pm Games or Workshop, 5:30 pm Potluck Supper – seating around one large square, your potluck dish in front of you, All start meal at the same time. Please bring your own place setting, cutlery & cup/glass, 7:30 – 8 pm Pre-rounds, 8 – 10 pm Dance Dress – pooled lunch to follow.
